After upgrading to HH from GG, I've noticed an annoying interaction between kmail and firefox. In GG, when I would click on a url in kmail, the link would open in firefox, but the firefox window would stay in the desktop where it was originally. Now, when I click the url, a firefox window is moved from its original desktop to the kmail desktop (I say "a" firefox window because with multiple firefox windows open, I don't know which one the system will pick to move). For instance, with a firefox window on desktop 2, and kmail on desktop 1, clicking a url in kmail will move firefox from desktop 2 to desktop 1 then open the link.
I don't know if this issue exists in general for other applications, I have not tried it. But I do know that this is annoying because I want my browsers to stay put in their own desktops. Anyone else see that behavior? Is that a firefox or kde window management issue? Oh, I am using KDE 3.5.9 and didn't see it on KDE 3.5.9 in GG. Firefox 3 vs 2 is the other variable, of course.
