hrmm just did a sudo apt-get -u upgrade and it looks like it's installing the language-base-en package. I hope that doesn't kill my install again! lol at least I know how to fix it.

Mine installed the same thing on today's update. I am not sure why... unless some Brit's are planning on taking my computer...
