My PackardBell EasyNote R1983 W Wifi Problem...

My packardbell easynote r1983 w's wifi isnt working... after reformatting it and downloading the needing drivers in the packardbells website i notice an unknown device in the device manager, and i cant see the wireless adapter in the network adapter, could someone help me to find the needed driver for this exact Model of PackardBell EasyNote... again the Product model is EASYNOTE R1983 W and im using Windows XP SP2 and this is an INTEL CELERON M... please i need your help as soon as possible... hope you can help me. .thanks...
