I don't seem to be able to load that link.
I get : "The operation timed out when attempting to contact img.boot.lv.", but if you are looking for a quick-launcher which enlarges the icons under your cursor, Kool Dock does that.
It's pretty neat, and hides itself at the bottom of your screen.
It's in the repositories. -
