    Message when shutting down

Whenever I restart or shut down Kubuntu, the usual messages denoted by a "*" appear on the screen.

However, one of the asterisks is red, followed by a message saying "Your CPU does not have the extensions to use KVM, not doing anything". I have tried to find a program or a process called "KVM" but have yet to find such a thing. Has anyone else seen this message before?

      Re: Message when shutting down

Hmm...apparently I had KVM installed without my knowing...I never use it, so I'll remove it. kvm

Edit: I have removed KVM, but the message is still being displayed on every shutdown. I've tried "rm kvm", but the terminal says the directory does not exist. I removed KVM via Adept, the same way I installed it.
