Click the "download" link, then put a bullet in " Kubuntu 8.04 - Featuring the mature KDE 3 and supported until October 2009" and download that ISO (32-bit or 64-bit, as applicable).
Do NOT choose "Remix", and then you won't get the KDE 4 desktop.
