Global hotkeys define

Hi. I have a hotkey which is not desired (Win E) and by going to System Keyboard settings I cannot see where the hotkey is defined anywhere. Anyone advise where I can find a full listing of global hotkeys?

i don't know what global hotkeys means.
but kde's keyboard shortcuts (in kubuntu) are here:
system settings -> keyboard&mouse ->keyboard shorcuts

Global hotkeys are the keys that you can press to carry out a specified anywhere in the operating system. It appears I have a hidden hotkey Winkey-E which I want to redefine, but cannot find what its defined in. Trying to redefine Winkey-E which shows all desktop windows does not do anything at all.
