upgading from 6.06 to HH

hi all,
I am using kubuntu and ubuntu 6.06 received as Live CDs, installed on a computer with out internet connection.
can some one please guide me to upgrade to HH ( specially edubuntu edition ) considering no internet and 6.06 version.

sorry, but you're going to have to have someone make you the live cd for each of them, unless I'm mistaken.
