    New Core 2 Duo - What version of Kubuntu?

    I'm fairly jazzed right now. Was able to purchase a Core 2 Duo system. Should I use the 64 bit or 32 bit? I already know about the problems with Flash player. That doesn't concern me. I guess my biggest two questions are will I see a performance increase and will VirtualBox work on the 64 bit system? Any feed back appreciated! Can't wait for it to get here!!

    Here's a discussion about it (read down thru; the title is misleading); and there's other topics around that board, too; also, lots of Linux users there now. You can go by what rbmorse says (he's a hardware guy + uses Ubuntu/Kubuntu/other distros).
