where is ended screens of start?

i try into kmenu>center of control>aspect and themes
but there is not

If I understand your question correctly, you want to install kdmtheme.

sudo apt-get install kdmtheme

then, go to System Settings | Appearance | KDM Theme Manager.

i install package kde and package kspash-engine-moodin
