2.6.24.12 Recovery

System haults on
21.322208 .. TIMER: vector=0x31 apic1=0 pin1=2 apic2= -1 pin2= -2

I have not been able to get the recovery mode to work is there a boot option to fix this issue

Kubuntu 8.04 Beta Dual boot with Microjunk XP<br />HP DV6225us Laptop AMD64x2 3gig ram, Sprint Wifi, nvidia card, 120 sata. 10 partitions 2 environments of Kubuntu and one windows.<br /><br />We can always prove that we are right but is God convinced of it?
