The first thing I want to improve regarding Chinese support is the default language for Hong Kong, we are using 'Traditional' Chinese not 'Simplified' one which use in mainland China, the installer point me to 'simplified' one even I select Hong Kong as region, this is no big deal I can change back after install, but still good to correct it to save some time.
The other thing is the input method, I assume SCIM is setup properly by default so that I can use it after install, I did once successfully installed it without extra effort, but on later versions I need to tweaking around to make it work, there are plenty of info on the net about that, but I hope I don't have to search every time for new 'hint' if one fails.
