I have been running Hardy 64-bits for some time and I must say that is more robust and stable than Gutsy at the same development stage. I have found some small issues:
OpenOffice will not launch, tried so far:
bob@kubuntubox:~$ soffice
javaldx: Could not find a Java Runtime Environment!
Also,
bob@kubuntubox:~$ ooffice -writer
Error forking '/usr/lib/openoffice/program//soffice': 'Failed to execute child process "/usr/lib/openoffice/program/soffice" (Bad address)'
Installed Koffice for now.....
The other applications that I use: Avidemux, Devede, ET and so on, are working fine
I will provide any updates on the way
Best Regards,
MepisReign
