Extremely Quiet Sound [FIXED]

I installed Kubuntu on my Acer Extensa Series 4420 laptop this morning. Finally, ALL of my computers are running linux. However, There is a problem when it comes to sound. It's so quiet that initially I thought it wasn't there. I plugged in a set of earphones and found that i actually do have sound, it's just so quiet it's barely audible.

Open a terminal and type "alsamixer". Select the results, then copy and paste them here. It should look something like this:

Note: The graphics will not be in tact. As of now, my alsamixer is set to where only sound comes out of my headphones. Make sure "PCM" and "Master" are turned up.

8) No problem. I had the same problem when I first got my sound working; it's somewhat common, actually.
