Hi, I just installed Kubuntu 8.04.1 KDE 4 Hardy Heron on my Thinkpad and everything is working fine except my screen is only 800x600 instead of full screen 1024x768, how can I fix this?
XP runs just fine on 1024x768 do I dont understand why Kubuntu wont
Hope someone has a quick fix
Take in mind that I'm a total novice in linux Windows i have supported since it came out with the first version, so I'm not a novice in OS.
BTW: Kubuntu is intalled from XP since I dont have an internal bootable cd-rom only external USB DVD/CD-RW, can that have something to say?
