Crucial Ballistix crap version?

I'm about to purchase a Crucial Ballistix memory kit. It's specs are as follows:

Part #: BL2KIT12864AA1065
DDR2 PC2-8500
5-5-5-15 Unbuffered NON-ECC
DDR2-1066 2.2V 128Meg x 64

These are single sided modules and i have heard that they don't have Micron D9 chips. Is that right?

I wouldn't worry about the chips so much as the question of what speed your motherboard is looking for. Does it specify PC2-8500 memory?
