Re: Slow system -- Now Get "low disk space"

Drjoewebb, if your hard-drive is 233 Gig (the same as my 2nd one, on which I have Kubuntu installed, via the 'Install within Windows' option)......how did you 'configure' the SIZE....of those Partitions?

Left them at 5 Gig, I assume, at the moment of going through the 'Install' process.

I set mine at 30 Gig (the Max.)
These can be configured...during the Install process. (Click on the 'bar-window'...where it says '5 Gbs'...a 'drop-down' window appears....and, it gives you a whole range of 'Partition Sizes'...to choose from. Select' the 30 GB one.)

    Be prepared, for a shock.

Fully loaded, with ALL the 'necessary' Updates you get when install Kubuntu, for the the first time.....with all the you might try adding into it...........The Installation DOES almost EXCEED 30 Gig of space!
    And, still work OK.
(In other words, give "Kubuntu" rooooom.......to breathe! And, it will.)
