Hi guys,
i've got some problems with my Asus Xonar D2X on Hary Heron 64 bit.
Got the thing installed out-of-the-box...but have some other problems...
System:
Kubuntu Hardy Heron 64 bit
EVGA nforce 780i SLI
Core 2 Duo @2,4 GHz
8 GB RAM
geforce 8800 GTX @ 640 mb
So my problem is:
Installed the card in an PCIe 16x slot, because my graphics card uses two slots, so the PCIe 1x slot is locked by the card lol
System detects the card in right way, but in Kmix i get only one master channel displayed, that only switches front sound, but in alsamixer it shows 5 master channels and i dunno why!
Haven't figured out yet wich one could be PCM pitch.
So my Question is: Is the driver in alpha stage, or is it only a 64 bit bug or a kmix/alsa/somewhat else problem?
I've searched the web for those questions, but everyone tells another story of what this could be from...
Does anyone have an idea?
P.S. Updated alsa through version 1.0.17
