I have two 40g hard drives. I have Kubuntu Hardy on one and Ubuntu Hardy on the other. I would like to have Kubuntu and Ubuntu on one drive and have them share the Home folder on the second drive. Is this possible and is there an easy way to do it?

Re: I Want to run two drives..need help
It's certainly possible, though I would question why you'd want to do it that way. If both installs are Hardy heron, I believe the only difference is that Ubuntu installs ubuntu-desktop and Kubuntu installs kubuntu-desktop, both of which should live happily together on the same install (other than that you'll have to settle on one set of artwork, one display manager, and a few other trivialities).
But if that's how you want to do it, it can be done. I'm not sure how you define easy, but where are you at now? Have you got either installed yet? Or are we at "bare metal"?Dell Optiplex 580<br />Kubuntu 10.10 + backports
