Monitor & Display - system Settings (Module not loaded) [SOLVED]

    Hi guys,
I was trying to get an external monitor to work with my Dell's laptop VGA port.

Through keyboard (Fn + F8 {CRT/LCD} ) didn't work, if you can help it's appreciated.

So what I did is, I've entered administration mode & then in one tab, I've chosen to replicate the screen output to another screen.

I had to restart X Server 1st, the second monitor have successfully replicated what's on my LCD.

I've tried to enter the settings again ( Monitor & Display - system Settings ), but this time I cannot do anything. It says

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Changes in this section requires root access.
Click the "Administrator mode" button to allow modifications.

The module Monitor & Display could not be loaded.

    The diagnostic is:

    Possible reasons:

    * An error occurred during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control module.
    * You have old third party modules lying around.

Check these points carefully and try to remove the module mentioned in the error message, if this fails, consider contacting your distributor or packager.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've restarted my computer & I'm still getting this message.
It seems like the bug used to be in adept when it crashes in the middle of an install & even if you restart, it thinks it's still being opened.
Maybe there is a file to be deleted, not sure though.
    Any ideas?

Re: Monitor & Display - system Settings (Module not loaded)

After a while of trying to solve this out,

I've tried to re install "KDM", nothing changed.

After more searching, one guy had same problem, executed

    Code:
    sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
    Tried this, and vwala...

My Monitor & Display is working again,

But I cannot get the "FN + F8" Keys to work out (To enable VGA output to data show or another monitor).
