What happened to the install printer tool?

It used to be I could go to k-menu-system settings and find a tool for installing a printer. This was before kde4. Have the kde people decided printing is unnecessary? I have a printer hooked up on a LAN network, so that everyone's computer in the house can print. I really need to be able to print, so some help would be nice

Should already be installed and works well for me.
