Creative Webcam: tripled image and black and white

Hi All,

I've got a creative webcam, model VF0400, using the ov51x-jpeg driver. In camorama the image is tripled , with three screens side-by-side, and it's black and white.

Any ideas?

Well, interestingly enough it works in Skype, which is the main reason I need it, so it's not really important to solve this.
