I've searched around, but not found anything useful.
Since I upgraded to hardy (KDE 3.5.9) dragging windows around has become very jumpy. I have the "display content when moving windows" option enabled (as it was in gutsy). But the redraw is exceptionally slow. I can move the window very far before it gets redrawn, making the movement hard to track. I never noticed it in gutsy, and it's distracting enough that I would have if it had been present.
I am running a 64-bit Intel Core 2 Quad with an ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro. For reasons I don't exactly recall, I am running fglrx (I had reasons...).
I don't seem to have any other graphic related problems. Scrolling, video playback, redraws are all fine. I'm honestly not even sure where to start. Your help is very much appreciated.
