I ran Kubunto off the CD. It did not detect either of my network adapters. Is it supposed to? If so, any suggestions? Broadcom 570v gigabit Integrarted Controller is the other adapter.

back in the days when i was too afraid to do anything but run the live cd, it detected my network adapter, so I believe it is supposed to. There really isn't anything you can do on the live cd in the ways of configuration, so unless you want to take the plunge and install, no suggestions. -

To clarify what I just write I installed kubuntu on the hard drive after partitioning it. No network adapter is showing, so can not connect to the web.
Any suggestions?

I would search for a linux driver on google, and save it to either usb flash drive/cd and then install it on your kubuntu system. make sure that the driver supports your model of network adapter.Comment
