Z-Star Microelectronics Corp. ZC0303 WebCam + install spca5xx

Hello!
I tryed to install gsca driver but the webcam doesn't work!
Then I have try to meka the same with the spca5xx driver but compare some problems!
The shell when I lunch "make" in the directory of the driver make this out:

I have to add that I have a ZC0301 that work perfect with the same PC!
All two webcams are Vimicro but when I plug it, the out of "lsusb" is:
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 0ac8:303b Z-Star Microelectronics Corp. ZC0303 WebCam
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
for all two webcams!
Can someone help me?

this is the same webcam that I use. I was able to have it working in Linux Mint but after I switched to kubuntu, all i had is a black screen. Installing the jasper lib didn't work either.
