In opensuse I was able to just setup my video card with certain settings via a control panel. When I was in ubuntu, I had to manually add the settings via the xorg config file but in the latest version (8.04) there was something different about the config file and thus, I couldn't change it like I did before. I was looking to see if I could make settings to the xorg config file still, and if so, is there anything I could do to make my video card work better?
