Installing TV Tuner card drivers

I'm trying to install drivers for Leadtek Winfast PVR2000 TV tuner card, but i didn't find drivers for it on winfast site. I fond this site but it's all gibberish to me: http://home.sch.bme.hu/~dss/

Anyway Does anyone knows what Mythbuntu is, is this the whole desktop environment or just
desktop session recorder??

My experience was with a PVR-150, so I don't know how much of this is relevant to your card:

Thanks that really helped I'm now at stage of configuring VLC player, so far so good terminal found my
tuner also Kinfo now I don't know how to configure VLC to get video. How can i get my frequency?
Plus my VLC is in Slovenian so I don't know where: File>Open Capture Device is. And our translation doesn't have anything resembling this name it has this options: open -file ctrl+F
-folder ctrl+E
-disk ctrl+D
-network source ctrl+O
- external source ctrl+A

How can I get more Channels in Slovenia we have our national TV on channel 5 another on channel 55...
