Help with Logitech MX Revolution please

Hi guys. I have a Logitech MX Revolution, which has got to be the best mouse on the market in my opinion. Anyways it has 2 buttons on the side where your thumb rests and in windows these actively go back and forth through folders and also mainly in my web browser.

Can anyone tell me of there's a way to get the mouse to do this in Kubuntu please.

That link should solve your problem. I use btnx for all my mice configuration needs these days... it really ought to be added to the ubuntu/kubuntu repositories, in my opinion.

Seems like btnx is just what many users have been waiting for. Sadly it won't do jack for me. Anyone got that working with a Logi MX Laser? It only detects one of my mouse's buttons.
Do not understimate fools. Better ones are born all the time and Microsoft is hiring.
