    apt not found

    hello freinds ... when i want to install amarok it says ;;
    could not find apt
    apt is not a command ,,,,,,,,,,
    and tells to installl some java-5-jdk thing ,.plz help me suggesting from where can get the same and what the actual problem is

    Adept Manager should already be installed. It's accessible through the K Menu > System > Manage Packages (or Adept Manager). Otherwise, if you want to install a package via the command line, then you would type:
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install amarok
    If Amarok is already installed, you will be told so.
    Windows no longer obstructs my view.
