apt-get problem today

Does anyone know what this means:

Failed to fetch [url]http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/k/kdelibs/kdelibs4c2a_3.5.8-0ubuntu3.4_i386.deb[/url] Size mismatch

I've tried apt-get update, then apt-get upgrade but fruitlessly
apt-get suggests using:

--fix-missing

but that seems to be fixing the symptom.

I may be totally wrong, but that seems like one of those problems where you retry a few hours later and it suddenly works. I'm guessing the problem is on the repository end, not yours.

Suspect you may be right, if I try to wget the URL that fails too
