Hope this is the right place for this question. 
I've noticed that when you save a file in KDE4 and look at the details in either Dolphin or Konqueror, the time on the file is exactly one hour different (behind) the value on the clock. I've now got daylight saving time on of course, but the file stamp does not seem to notice. Any ideas?
The time stamp works fine in KDE 3.9
