Need a keyframe editor

I recorded a web-stream using Konqueror on Kubuntu 7.10, but
when I try to load the file into Avidemux it can't see the data
because Konqueror doesn't create key-frames.

Does anyone know of either a FOSS video editor that doesn't need
the frames, or a program that could add them so Avidemux will
work?

Maybe conversion with the ffmpeg ?
