Hi i am student at ITT-Tech and was wondering if there are any 3Ds Max Clones, In my 3D Modeling class we are working with Autodesk's 3Ds Max 8, sense it can't install via wine i am looking for clone with as close to the same layout,configuration and feature setup. Anyone know of a programand where/how to get it installed? I hear of 3D Aztec but don't know how to get it... I am also relatively new to linux.

I did its a totally differant interface scheme and everything far from 3Ds Max 8, I am learning 3Ds max at my school and so i need a clone with same setup scheme and options.Comment

Try out Maya, that officially supports linux.
