Not able to connect to repository servers

Hi all.
I need help with this staff
I would like to install some libraries and software from repository, but I can not, because when I try to apply changes in Adept Manager or try to install anything using command sudo apt-get, it stops when loading headers (in adept manager) or timeout while connecting archive.ubuntu.com or any other repository server.
Can anybody help me please?

it seems that you are offline, check your internet connection :P
