I have compiz in autostart
#!/bin/bash
/usr/bin/compiz --replace
But after load graphical interface compiz is charged so my screen became black for few seconds.
Is it possible to load compiz first ?

No.
First KDM runs and puts up your GUI login. As soon as you login, then everything in your Autostart list will run. You can't run things before you login.
