Hello
I have an very low internet connection and I use to download packages from ubuntu packages using downloader "accelerator" but I don't like to use dpkg to install packages I prefer apt-get install.
I'd like to know if it's possible to use a FOLDER or something like it as a server.
To understand something like "add cdrom" but using a folder instead of cdrom.
Thanks
