Is there an equivalent program in Kubuntu for creating and editing flash files like Macromedia Flash or Swish Max?

I use these prgrammsfor website development. I tried to open them under Wine, but only swish max executed. macromedia flash 8 didn't

Well my solution is:
-xp guest system with vmawre or virtual box
no anti-everything software, no firewall bothering me every 5 seconds, just as fast.
-separate data partition as a share under samba

runs great and is more stable than my HD xp.

I use this under XP. I've never given it a try under WINE, worth a shot though. Has always been a great application.
