I just noticed this after I tried to play an audio cd and nothing happened..
I then realized that I don't have any sound at all, no start up noise, no shut down noise..nothing
So I did some googling and found that this isn't an uncommon problem. This is what I know/tried so far:
When I type "aplay -l" I get this
I have tried playing around with all the volume levels in KMix. I then unmuted everything that was muted in KMix.
I have looked at the volume levels with "alsamixer" in konsole, nothing is muted, and everything has a set volume level.
...Help?
