    Sound problems with Flash and Amarok

    I know the sound is working on my Kubuntu because I hear the startup noise after logging in. But when I play files in Amarok or watch videos on YouTube with Flash, no sound is coming out.

    Anyone know what's going on?

    edit: I should note that my soundcard is an Audigy 2 ZS Platinum, and I am not using the drive bay equipment, just standard back-of-computer green audio and microphone.

    Open KMix and see if the front/PCM channel is muted.

      Looks like everything should work.

      Still can't hear a thing out of amarok.
