No audio in Juk KDE4

I can't seem to get any audio to come from Juk KDE4, though I'm not having any other audio problems. Amarok, Juk KDE3, KDE4 games, all have perfect audio. I have moved the audio slider, muted and unmuted Juk KDE4, but nothing seems to help.
Is there some setting that I should be looking at, because I'm not seeing anything?

I've got the same issue, except for me, no audio will play. The startup sounds play,however, if I try to play music using amarok or juk or vlc they either freeze or crash completely.
