What is the best way of going about clustering with Kubuntu?

clustering as in "fail over", "load balancing" or "grid"?

supposing the "fail over" context, you could have a go
with redhat-cluster-suite.

packages:
redhat-cluster-suite (backends)
system-config-cluster (gui frontend)
