FFMPEG execution error running MANDVD

I am trying to create a slideshow using MANDVD. I have added the pictures and the sound file. Mandvd gets all the way to the end of creating the file and it gives an error on FFMPEG creating an AC3 file. Here is the last portion of the log it created. Any Suggestions?
