Exporting Kontact email contacts

If I'd like to save my contacts by using the export command, does anyone know which would be the best format to use if I need to import them back into Kontact at a later date?

There's 5 different options to choose from and I'm wondering if it matters which one I use.

The csv format is fairly universal and should be able to be used by any halfway decent mail client out there.

In the end I decided to save a couple of different formats. The file sizes aren't that large so I figured what the heck.
