    Reccommend a good narrow font?

Can anyone recommend a good narrow (or 'condensed') font? On Windows I use Arial Narrow, but it's not in the core MS fonts so it's not on my Linux system.

Or where might I find Arial Narrow, and how would I install it or any font I find?

I'm a bit averse to font packages from the repos as my past experience is of some containing a great many 'fancy' fonts that just clutter up font lists.
I am running Ubuntu 8.10 (yes Gnome) with upgrades applied daily about 0900 UK time. Hardware is Dell Precision 420, 2x 800 MHz PIII, 512 MB RDRAM, nVidia GeForce 6800 128 MB AGP graphics, 18GB SCSI and 500GB IDE HDDs, DVD burner, Hauppage TV card.

I like the Comic Sans MS, it's in the repos in msttcorefonts.

    I don't know if it's condensed, though....
