KDE mac style menu bar configuration in dual screen

I am using KDE release 3.5.8 on ubuntu 7.10.

Please view the screenshot of my desktop at the end of the post. Now the mac style menu bar spans through both the screens.

I want to restrict the menu bar in one screen. Same as the bottom panel. I would like one screen to have none of the panels and the other screen to have both the bottom panel and the top menu bar. Is this possible?
