Kmymoney CSV/QIF to OFX

I have being using Kmymoney for a while. Importing ofx files int the program works great. The only problem is that some of banks only have the option to download the transactions as .csv or .qif files. The QIF file import does not import 100% right into my kmymoney, so I was wondering if there any way to convert a qif or a csv file to the OFX format?

Review MT2OFX While it does not specifically say it works with KMymoney, it does identify GNucash. It also says "...or other programs which can work with the QIF, OFC and OFX formats." I think it's worth investigating.
