(1) Is there a way to listen to Microsoft Media Player streams online, for example from inside amaroK?
I realize it's a proprietary format, which conflicts with Linux' open source philosophy, but perhaps someone has figured out a way?
(One method that pops into my mind is installing foobar under wine and using the foo_mediaplayer plugin, but if possible I want to avoid that.)
(2) Related, does anyone know a URL sniffing program for Linux?
I've been using URL Snooper (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/URL_Snooper) under Windows, which I found a pretty convenient program.
