Shortcuts doesn't work in KDE4

I installed KDE4 and it runs fine, but when i try to use any of the shortcuts, they doesn't work.

I've looked in System Settings > Keyboard and Mouse, and the shortcuts are all there.

Using shortcuts of KDE3-apps, like Amarok, does works.
What's wrong?

Are you using double click behaviour to open a program on mouse settings? If you have this configuration, seems to be a bug, because i have the same issue, but when i have one click configured, works fine.

No, i'm using one click behaviour...

I've changed to double click behaviour, but still the same. And going back to one click doesn't help...
