KDE4: Finding/installing 3rd party widgets??

Hi all,

How to install additional widgets in kde4? I read somewhere that they are supposed to be compatible with mac widgets, but not being a mac user i don't know if that's true or how to download install etc.

Or, are the current widgets the only ones available? Thanks!
