KDM-KDE4 not launching KDE4

Hi !

I've just upgraded to KDE4 and it's great, but I can't login into a session from KDM-KDE4 (I've had to switch back to KDM from KDE3). When I login I get an x-term session instead.

I borrowed through my syslog and got the following message:

desktop kdm_greet[5382]: Cannot open default user face

Any idea what it means or how to solve it ?
